We will try to provide assistance when we can during normal DMI business hours: Monday - Friday, 9 AM to 6 PM, excluding institute holidays.
Any services labeled as limited production are monitored by the OIT Machine Room to try to ensure as much uptime as possible.
If you need to report a problem with one of the DMI services, please send an email to dmi [at] gatech.edu.
All services are subject to maintenance windows during which they will be unavailable for use. DMI will announce planned outages as early as possible and post outage information to the front page of this website.
OIT does not run and cannot offer any support for the Tegrity and Accordant ("GT Courses") systems. If you are having trouble accessing video content in a DL or PE course hosted on one of those systems, you MUST contact the Professional Education Department for assistance.
