Support for OIT Digital Media Initiatives services is available Monday through Friday, 9 AM to 6 PM, excluding institute holidays. To request assistance with any DMI service or system, please send an email to dmi [at] gatech.edu and be sure to include as many details as possible, such as:
- Your GT Account Username
- The ID of any course that relates to your problem/request
- The exact time/date of any problem encountered
- The exact name of any file you are trying to access (include full links if you can)
Providing us with as many details as possible will help us to diagnose your problem more quickly and get an answer back to you that much sooner.
Notice to Distance Learning (DL) & Professional Education (PE) Students: OIT does not run and cannot offer any support for the Tegrity and Accordant ("GT Courses") systems. If you are having trouble accessing video content in a DL or PE course hosted on one of those systems, you MUST contact the Professional Education Department for assistance.
